Our Story

Trevor, born and raised in Missouri, grew up working for his family’s floral refrigeration business, flotaire.com. The business was started by his great-grandfather, Karl Lauer, and continues to thrive under the ownership of Trevor’s parents. 

 

While working for the family business, Trevor installed walk-in refrigeration systems throughout the United States. He later refined his skills while working as a Superintendent for a contractor in the greater Kansas City area. With the same entrepreneurial spirit instilled in him by his family, Trevor founded Konrad Industries, LLC, and the company has grown due to his hard work, faith, and trust in the Lord.

Konrad is a Lauer family name passed down from Trevor’s grandfather to Trevor, and now to Trevor’s son. Trevor plans to make Konrad Industries a multi-generational family-owned business, just like the business his great-grandfather started. The name Konrad serves as a reminder and connection for past, present, and future generations of Lauers.
