Who We Are
Konrad Industries, LLC, is based in Grain Valley, Missouri, and specializes in commercial and residential building and remodeling. The company is owned and operated by Trevor Lauer, a licensed Class A General Contractor with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Trevor also has a background in HVAC, refrigeration, and farming. Additionally, he proudly serves as a board member for the Dramatic Truth School of the Arts (dramatictruth.org). Konrad Industries takes pride in its faith-based customer service and making dreams a reality.
